"I switched over to State Farm from Allstate and not just for the rate but because of Felicia Gilbert. As prices were competitive she was very knowledgeable, incredibly sweet and understanding. "Felicia and her staff are very nice to work with, however I have more of an issue with State Farm as a whole. I have been insured with State Farm for over 37 years and up until the last few years they were pretty good. Over the last 4 or 5 years though they keep raising my rates to the point it is becoming a hardship on us. My wife and I are Seniors and with the many years we have been with them you would think they would treat us better by giving us affordable rates. My truck is very old and and we only really have a newer SUV (2018) but their rates are very high to where we cant afford it. They should take better care of their long time customers."

"I am a busy, single woman with two jobs. I barely have enough time to eat, let alone meet my agent, but Felicia Gilbert has been wonderful about that. Setting time aside to meet or speak with her is not an option at times, but Felicia still keeps me updated on any changes. She also checks up with texts and emails to make sure I'm doing ok or asks if I need anything. Most agents don't give you the time of day or get upset when you won't schedule to meet them. Felicia has been amazing when it comes to that and I know when I finally need to file a claim, which I hopefully never have to, she'll be just as open and helpful to me as she would to those she sees on a regular basis. I'm so glad I made the switch."
